mrandmrsc14 02.04.2017 Bewertung: Product came after several weeks as expected. Only downfall was that it was missing the wrap that came with the dress. However, when I filled out a customer service ticket for the error, a reply was given quickly and I was given the choice of a partial refund or waiting for them to send the wrap. I appreciated the fact that I was given options and they were apologetic. I love the dress and I am satisfied with the service I received!

I'm getting married abroad and didn't really want a train - has anyone bought this item and knows if it could be tied up or even detatched? Or if not how does it fall when you walk? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as this dress is gorgeous.
